Aaron Carroll (Capital Finance & Real Estate, Richmond) focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction and real estate finance, real estate development and leasing, and traditional and renewable energy projects. He is also active in the firm’s pro bono program, representing fellow veterans through the National Veterans Legal Services Program and the Chickahominy Indian Tribe in Richmond. Carroll received his undergraduate degree from Iona College, dual master degrees from the University of Maryland and Troy University and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Kevin Wakefield (Capital Finance & Real Estate, Dallas) represents banks and other institutional lenders in a variety of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the origination of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans, and regularly advises clients in the acquisition, sale, development and leasing of commercial real estate. He also has experience providing legal analysis of commercial mortgage loans included in CMBS transactions in his work at a nationally recognized statistical rating organization. Wakefield received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
