Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises Underwriters on WEC Energy Group, Inc. $350 Million Senior Notes Offering

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised Barclays Capital Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as joint-book running managers, on an SEC-registered offering by WEC Energy Group, Inc. (WEC) of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 3.10% Senior Notes due March 8, 2022. The transaction closed on March 8, 2019.
WEC is a public utility holding company whose wholly-owned subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the business of providing regulated electricity service in Wisconsin and Michigan and regulated natural gas service in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan and Minnesota. In addition, WEC has an approximately 60% equity interest in American Transmission Company LLC, a regulated electric transmission company
