Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised the underwriters of Georgetown University’s issuance of $304 million aggregate principal amount of its Taxable Fixed Rate Bonds, Series 2019A due October 1, 2118 (commonly known as “century” bonds) and Georgetown University’s issuance of $331,760,000 aggregate principal amount of its Taxable Fixed Rate Refunding Bonds, Series 2019B due April 1, 2049.
