Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised the underwriters of Georgetown University’s issuance of $320 million aggregate principal amount of its Taxable Fixed Rate Bonds, Series 2020A due April 1, 2050 and Georgetown University’s issuance of $50,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its Taxable Fixed Rate Bonds, Series 2020B due April 1, 2030.
