Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP acted as counsel to the remarketing agents in connection with the remarketing of $100,500,000 aggregate principal amount of Ohio Air Quality Development Authority – State of Ohio – Air Quality Revenue Bonds (American Electric Power Company Project), Series 2007A and Series 2007B and of $139,450,000 aggregate principal amount of Ohio Air Quality Development Authority – State of Ohio – Air Quality Revenue Refunding Bonds (American Electric Power Company Project), Series 2014A and Series 2014B.
