Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises on $750 Million Floating Rate Senior Notes Offering by Utility Holding Company

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with the sale by a utility holding company of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior notes in a private placement under Regulation S and Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, to eligible purchasers.
