Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented Italian multinational Leonardo S.p.A. in the sale of the Air Traffic Management (“ATM") activities of Selex ES Inc., its wholly owned US subsidiary, to Indra Air Traffic, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Spanish company Indra Sistemas S.A. The ATM line of business will be incorporated as Indra Air Traffic, Inc., and will provide services across the globe.

Kansas-headquartered Selex ES Inc., is a leader in air traffic management, law enforcement and communications technologies. Its ATM business is a leading developer and manufacturer of en-route navigation, surveillance and precision approach and landing systems.
