Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised DTE Energy Company (“DTE Energy”) in connection with an SEC-registered offering of $1.3 billion aggregate principal amount of its 2019 Series F 4.220% Senior Notes due 2024. This is a remarketing of the Company’s 2019 Series F 2.25% Remarketable Senior Notes due 2025 that were originally issued in November 2019 as components of Equity Units (initially consisting of Corporate Units) sold by the Company.
