MIAMI — February 23, 2012 — Hunton & Williams LLP announces Fernando Margarit has returned to the firm as a partner in its global corporate group. Margarit has a broad-based practice, which involves cross-border M&A transactions and infrastructure projects. He has had experience in the telecommunications sector and has worked on significant matters for the telecommunications industry around the world. Margarit’s corporate M&A and project-related cross-border work has focused on Latin America, where he has developed a network of business relationships. Margarit rejoins the firm in the Miami office, where he practiced from 2001 to 2010. Most recently he had been a partner at Greenberg Traurig.
