Quince Thompson and Robert Augustin will lead a discussion on Custodial Agreements, particularly tri-party agreements used in financing transactions and securitizations. They will provide tips about the provisions that are important to the owners of the mortgage loans, lenders and securitization parties, as well as those provisions that the custodians themselves consider important.
