With experience guiding companies and individuals through immigration processes in the US and overseas, Lieselot is a multi-faceted practitioner able to meet the diverse needs of global clients.
Working from a practical perspective that takes into account the unique needs of every client, she provides immigration support for corporate assignments and relocations to Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia.
Given her broad knowledge of immigration law, she also advises on complex naturalization, employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian immigration matters.
Lieselot’s previous experience includes working on behalf of universities, individual families, small companies, and large multinational corporations.

Experience
- Manages and coordinates the preparation and processing of applications for work authorization in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Oversees employment-based immigration processes to facilitate non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications, with a particular focus on intracompany transfer (L-1), multi-national manager (EB-1), extraordinary ability (O-1), and treaty USMCA (TN) visas for employees and their dependents.
- Counsels business travelers on visa requirements and processes.
- Conducts due diligence on immigration compliance elements of mergers and acquisitions and assists with post-acquisition immigration processes, including time-sensitive work permit sponsorship transfers and updates.
- Formulates immigration strategies that take into account business needs, including relocation and long-term employee development.
- Addresses urgent immigration issues, including denial of entry, loss of status, emergency travel, international evacuations, and expedited passport issuance.
