Hunton & Williams LLP announces the promotion of corporate lawyers Janet Sadler McCrae, Cecilia Y. Oh, Richard Warren, and Evan C. Williams; and labor and employment lawyers Ryan A. Glasgow and Adam J. Rosser. The firm proudly recognizes these talented individuals for their accomplishments and outstanding client service focus.

The Lawyers

Ryan A. Glasgow, Richmond, focuses his practice on complex labor and employment litigation and strategic advice with an emphasis on wage and hour litigation. An undergraduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Glasgow received a law degree from Washington and Lee Law School.

Janet Sadler McCrae, New York, focuses on securitization and structured finance. She received an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and law degree from William & Mary Law School.

Cecilia Y. Oh, Washington, focuses on complex technology and commercial transactions. An undergraduate of University of Virginia, she received a law degree from Emory University School of Law.

Adam J. Rosser, Washington, focuses on immigration and nationality law. He received an undergraduate degree from Boston College and law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Richard Warren, Richmond, has experience advising clients in connection with M&A, corporate finance, corporate governance and general commercial matters. An undergraduate of McMaster University, he received a law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and LLM from University of Virginia School of Law.

Evan C. Williams, Dallas, concentrates on formation and operation of private investments funds and regulatory compliance for registered investment advisors. He graduated from Westminster College and received a law degree from Washington University School of Law.
