Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. in its public offering of $34.5 million aggregate principal amount of the company’s 9.500% Senior Notes. This transaction, which closed on January 26, 2024, resulted in the company receiving net proceeds of approximately $33.4 million.

AG Mortgage Investment Trust is a residential mortgage REIT with a focus on investing in a diversified risk-adjusted portfolio of residential mortgage-related assets in the U.S. mortgage market.
