This Presentation will Cover:

Join us for a one hour presentation to discuss the impending amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) that will take place in December. Aimed at both senior and junior attorneys, we will address how these changes will affect requirements for legal hold, what attorneys are expected to know about client data at a meet-and-confer, standards for cooperation with other parties, and waiver of inadvertently produced documents.
