The panel will discuss where we are in the transition process and review key issues, including

  • What you need to know about the myriad of alternative rates, including SOFR (in its various forms), credit sensitive rates and credit sensitive add-ons
  • What you should consider in addressing the timing and process of transition
  • Fallbacks in cash products versus derivatives
  • How the Adjustable Interest Rate (LIBOR) Act affects contracts without fallback provisions or a determining person
